This blog’s journey didn’t start as a horror platform.
Back in 2018, I created this blog with a simple subdomain name: merayour.blogspot.com. The first content published was “King Hardaul”, inspired by Munshi Premchand. Originally written in Hindi, it was later updated and translated into English.

There was no initial strategy or traffic plan—just pure interest in storytelling.
The Rebirth (2024)
In 2024, I restarted this blog with a fresh mindset:
- Learned blogging basics & modern web structures
- Understood Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Learned Google AdSense guidelines
- Focused strictly on high-value, unique content
Through consistency, the blog started growing organically and achieved Google AdSense approval.

Purpose of Logo Change: The logo was changed because the scary pumpkin design felt too generic and is commonly seen across almost every horror blog, so I decided to give my blog a unique and distinct identity.
The previous logo represented the general and experimental phase of the blog. With our complete shift towards horror, dark thrillers, and immersive mystery storytelling, the new logo is designed to match the eerie, professional, and dark vibe of the content we deliver today. Don't worry, only our look has upgraded—our dedication to bringing you spine-chilling stories remains the same!
About the Name “merayour”
Why does a horror blog have a name like “merayour”? The truth is simple — this name originates from the early days of 2018 when there was no clear direction or niche in mind. Even though our vision has transformed, the name remains as a reminder of where this journey started. It represents growth, learning, and evolution.
Now, this blog is 100% focused on horror, mystery, and emotional storytelling.
